Zach Eddins
Zach is from the small town of Hickory, North Carolina. He attended Concordia University Chicago and graduated in 2018 with a degree in Christian Ministry. Zach’s time in Chicago enlightened his hatred for the cold and thus landed him back in the “land of the long leaf pine.” Now living in Raleigh Zach is passionate about introducing talented candidates to award-winning national and local clients. While away from his desk, Zach enjoys watching/playing any and all sports (Go Pack, Mia San Mia, Keep Pounding), traveling to new and familiar places with new and familiar friends, and spending quality time with his family.
Kate Rieth
Kate hails from Arizona and holds a degree in Music from the University of Arizona. With over 15 years of experience in sales and recruiting, she now calls Raleigh, NC home with her husband Ryan and their two children, Emery and Felix. Kate is a music lover and animal enthusiast, with a pack of dogs (Petty and Carlile) and three chickens. As the Director of Operations for Career Collective, she brings a wealth of expertise in systems, innovation, and problem-solving to the table. She is eager to contribute to the company's growth and success in the years to come.
Lindsey Jones
Lindsey Jones is a Recruiter at Career Collective. She has been in Recruiting/Sales for 5 years and enjoys helping others find the next step in their career. She is the mother to a beautiful black lab named Piper and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and watching Carolina basketball.
Alex Butler
Alex is an Account Manager and Trainer at Career Collective. Living and loving life in Tampa, FL, he leverages eight years of recruiting, sales, and management experience to bring dynamic and rapid employment solutions to the AEC industry. Bryce Batts
Bryce has been a recruiter in the AEC industry 13+ years and is a certified Career Coach. She met her husband in college and they have two daughters and a Bernedoodle. She attended NC State University for her Bachelors’ degree and received her MBA at Nova Southeastern. She was a college dancer and cheerleader and loves to cheer professionals on as they gain clarity and confidence when it comes to their career goals.

Sean Brady is a Recruiter at Career Collective. He has been in sales for 4 years and loves working with motivated clients. He is a father of 1 and loves doing anything family related in his spare time. Dean is married with two young sons. Kailey is from Rocky Mount, NC. she attended NC State and graduated in 2021 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Outside of work, she also enjoys cooking, reading, watching NC State and Vikings football, and traveling.
Amanda Brown
Amanda has worked in the staffing industry for about 3 years and is familiar with multiple industries/skill sets. She started in the real estate industry helping people buy and sell homes but is now responsible for talent management and recruiting in our Raleigh office. She's highly communicative and engaged with candidates. She loves cooking and reading in her free time as well as working on her garden. Amanda lives in the Raleigh area with her husband Evan and her cat Binx. She's Eager to help her candidates and clients find the perfect match.
Austin Calore
Austin is a Recruiter at Career Collective. She specializes in the AEC industry and loves working with clients to improve company success and increase employee satisfaction. Her interests include art, documentaries, and good food.
Paul Urbanski
Born in the hot fires of Tampa FL, Paul emerged from the smoke to bring that same fire to the recruiting industry. He has nearly 15 years’ experience recruiting, with almost 10 of them in the AEC industry. He’s happily married to his wonderful wife, Emily, and is a parent to 2 dogs (Muffy and Cornelius) as well as a cat (Floyd). His other interests include golfing, the Florida Gators, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and hanging out with his growing family.
Josh Siler
Josh is a Recruiter at Career Collective. He has been in the recruiter industry for 2 years. He specializes in the AEC industry and loves working with clients to provide solutions for their business and helping candidates’ find positions they are passionate about. His interests include sports, traveling, sightseeing, family events, and cooking.
Edwin Powali
Born in Cleveland, OH and raised in the beautiful City of Tampa Bay, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the beautiful Gulf Coast. Edwin has been identifying the AEC industry’s top talent for over 12 years, consistently number one in sales year over year. Outside of the office he loves to travel and enjoys all sports including skiing , rock climbing and hiking. Edwin is big on family and building positive healthy relationships around him.
Sydney Staunton
Sydney is from Dacula, Georgia, and went to the University of Georgia where she participated in the Disney College Program. After graduation, she moved to Orlando to work at Walt Disney World where she held many roles, including Guest Relations Hostess at Epcot. She moved to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2018 to be closer to family and became a Trust and Estates Paralegal. She joined Tech2 Resources in early 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Representative focusing on providing the highest quality Salesforce candidates. She then joined Career Collective in March 2023 as an AEC Recruiter. Outside of work Sydney loves hanging out with her dog, Boone, going to country music concerts, breweries, playing board games, and traveling!
